Folded claim forms may jam the automatic scanning equipment that an increasing number of insurance companies are using to optically scan claim forms, delaying the claims process.  To prevent these types of unnecessary delays, mail claim forms in our jumbo envelopes. These envelopes allow up to 50 claim forms to be mailed unfolded at one time.
